Responsibilities and duties
• Follow BOP to design final assembly manufacturing system for new projects (from prototype to SOP).
Be responsible for technical analysis and define countermeasure where necessary, follow up the action plan
Be responsible for labor and tooling / equipment plan for each phase of the project
Be responsible for IE preparation for prototype production.
Be responsible for designing FA MFG system for PPAP and SOP and assure the area ready on time.
Be responsible for recording lessons learnt and best practice.
Be responsible for arranging IE technician’s daily work.
Participate in investment plan, MSD and KPI implementation within ME function, to make sure each activity is closed on time.
Participate in APQP activities related to IE function, such as PFD and PFMEA review meeting.
Participate in the trainings related to IE function.
Participate in DFM activities.
Support new business quotation.
• Fulfill other responsibility assigned by supervisors

Basic qualifications:
1. Education Background
a. Bachelor degree
b. Engineering education background
c. Priority of Industrial engineering education background

2. Skills and knowledge
a. Good at Excel, Familiar with Access & AutoCAD
b. Good spoken & written English
c. Good communication skill & strong sense of responsibility
d. Work under heavy workload and high pressure.
