Responsibilities:

• Assist the trading desk on daily basis to monitor trade flows;

• Liaise with Front Office to resolve clients' queries;

• Monitor client portfolios, including margin available and credit line application, etc.;

• Generate trading and client reports;

• Daily operations including trade, cash and position reconciliation;

• Liaise with counterparties include PB, custodian and trustee;

• Maintain trade record and manage trade flow including trade matching, post-trade settlement;

• Maintain clients' statement and prepare performance calculation;

• Assist clients with fund subscription;

• Prepare cash and security transfer with the bank;

• Perform KYC checks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, finance or related major preferred;

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines;

• Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills;

• Attention to details, process-oriented, self-motivated and team player;

• Customer focused, with good problem-solving and communication skills;

• Proficiency in MS Office, VBA and good knowledge in using Bloomberg is an advantage;

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
