JOB STATEMENT
This position is concerned with commercial support duties and contracts execution within the Service Sales business to ensure its efficient operation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition job statement)
l Drafting sales contracts according to the demand of business.
根据商务需求草拟合同。
l Following the process of proposal for ETO, new products offering, projects.
根据流程,完成ETO, 新产品,项目报价。
l Following-up contracts execution processing and update related information.
跟踪合同完成的进程和更新相关情况
l Assisting SAMs to provide bidding material.
协助销售经理提供招标文件。
l Applying VAT invoice and distributing them to customers.
开具并邮寄发票
l Assisting Sales Managers to follow up Accounts Receivable (AR).
协助销售经理追踪AR
l Assisting TSS for products safety stocking management
协助TSS,进行产品安全库存管理
RELETIONSHIPS
l Working closely with sales team/TSS team/finance team/CL Team and other business department.
l 与销售团队/技术销售支持团队/财务团队/CL团队和其他相关业务部门密切合作
INTERANL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACES
l Sales/CL team/TSS 销售、CL、技术销售支持团队
l Existing customer 现有的客户
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
l At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service industry and related experience and/or training;
l Trade certificate from college or technical school
l Good communication skills both in Chinese and English. Good English in speaking and writing.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
l Good communication skills and manners.
l Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
l Good organizing and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.
l Proficient in the use of MS Office, databases, spreadsheets and e-mail.
l Good problems solving and analytical skills.
l Good patience and responsibility.
