Responsibility：

？ Ensure priorities, initiatives, standards and information flow are in alignment with the business unit.

？ Strive for standardization and ensure consistent and efficient processes across all departments

？ Measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes according to set key performance metrics

？ Collaborate with operational teams to identify and analyze improvement opportunities. Set targets and track the implementation

？ Establish production plans annually and per request that include capacity, head count, layout and space with capex avoidance measures in mind.

？ Provides the standard calculation base for the operational resource planning

？ Establish and maintain standardized resource models that include time, capacity, equipment, human resource, space, energy, material, WIP flow, cost and their impact factors. For example time and motion studies and time management system

？ Establish and maintains the manufacturing master data for planning and resource modeling

？ Ensures production data quality as the data owner.
