1. Support HR ' s daily work , especially in C & B functions .

2. Responsible for issuing , summarizing , updating , collecting and filling HR relevant data in an accurate and timely manner .
负责高效且正确的出具,汇总,更新,收集,存档 HR 相关的数据和材料
3. Responsible for contacting with HR vendors to help employees figure out their problems on Social Insurance , housing fund and Commercial insurance .
保险以负责与人力资源服务代理商进行联系,帮助解决员工关于社保,住房公积金,商业及员工档案方面的问题
4. Responsible for employee entry and leave procedures , including signing and sending relevant documents and sorting out employee files .
负责员工的入职和离职相关手续,包括签收和寄送相关文件以及员工档案的整理
5. Responsible for employee leave approval and monthly attendance review .
负责员工的假期审批还有每月的考勤审核
6.Operational support to assessment centers ( which includes prepare materials for the event and on - site coordination , etc .)
