1.根据顾客订单需求和生产计划组织安排生产，并监督生产过程保证其稳定可靠。
Organize and arrange production according to customer's order demand and production plan, and supervise the production process to ensure its stability and reliability.
2.组织涉及注塑部门的各类纠正、改善，并跟踪进度和实施效果.
Organize in various corrections and improvements involving the injection department, and track the progress and implementation effect.
3.负责生产过程中的的工艺流程、质量控制。
Responsible for the process flow and quality control in the production process.
4.负责现场安全及5S管理。
Responsible for site safety and 5S management.
5.新项目涉及生产部门内部相关培训的组织和实施。
The new project involves the organization and implementation of relevant training within the production department
任职资格Qualification:
1.机械、模具、注塑相关专业大专以上学历。
Major in Mechanical, Injection tool, or Injection. College degree or above.
2.有3年以上注塑、模具现场管理工作经验。
Minimum 3 years working experience in injection or mold field.3.
3.对生产计划、注塑模具、注塑工艺、注塑过程管控、精益生产有一定了解。
Have a certain understanding of production planning, injection mold, injection process, injection process control and lean manufacturing.
4.熟悉质量管理体系的基本要求并有使用经验。
Familiar with the basic requirements of quality management system, and have use experience.
5.组织、沟通、协调能力强，行动力强，认真负责。
Srong organization, communication and coordination skills, strong action force, serious and responsible.
6.熟练使用办公软件，具有一定英语基础。
Skilled in office software, with a certain foundation of English.
