工作内容简介 Tasks/ Responsibilities:

1. According to the order delivery process, establish and improve the supply chain resource supply and demand system for local parts and supply chain, including the supply and demand balance process for complete vehicles, batteries, and spare parts, and establish network relationships covering multi-level supply chains to ensure that the production capacity of parts matches the production needs of the next 1-2 years.
根据订单交付流程，针对国产化零件及供应链，搭建并完善供应链资源供需体系，包含整车、电池、备件的零件供需平衡流程、覆盖多级供应链的网络关系建立，确保零部件产能匹配未来1~2年的生产需求。
2.According to the order delivery process, develop a BKM management plan for German CKD self-made parts to ensure the guarantee of future CKD parts resources
根据订单交付流程，制定德国CKD自制零件的BKM管理方案，确保未来CKD零件资源保障
3.According to the requirements of the new vehicle model project guarantee, establish and improve the BKM management process and platform for batch start climbing phase, to ensure the stable supply of components for the new vehicle model climbing.
根据新车型项目保障要求，建立并完善批量启动爬坡阶段BKM管理流程及平台，确保新车车型爬坡的零部件供应稳定。
4.Based on the company's medium to long-term production and sales targets, develop a resource guarantee strategy, including increasing the group's share of shared component resources, building storage plans, expanding outsourcing channels, etc., to support the improvement of the company's production and sales volume and market response ability.
根据公司中长期产销量目标，制定资源保障战略，包括集团共用件资源获取份额提升，建储方案，外购渠道拓展等，支撑公司产销量和市场应对能力的提升。
5.Based on the company involves multiple Vehicle models sharing bottleneck resources, organize regular meetings on bottleneck parts, develop various measures such as capacity improvement, risk recognition, temporary replacement, pipeline compression, and adjustment plans, to ensure that bottleneck resources are handled in an overall and orderly manner.
根据全公司涉及多车型共用瓶颈资源，组织召开瓶颈资源例会，制定产能提升、风险认可、临时替代、压缩管线、调整计划等多种措施，确保瓶颈资源得到整体有序地处理。
6.Based on the global/Chinese bottleneck resource situation, develop and optimize resource acquisition plans with Volkswagen Group/Audi AG/VGC/AGC to ensure maximum access to resources required for Audi FAW production in resource competition;
根据全球/中国区瓶颈资源形势，拟定并优化与大众集团/奥迪AG/VGC/AGC的资源争取方案，确保在资源竞争中最大化获得奥迪一汽生产所需要的资源；
7.Develop an internal allocation plan for bottleneck parts based on the shared bottleneck parts of multiple vehicle models throughout the company, to ensure the maximization of company benefits;
根据全公司涉及多车型共用瓶颈资源，拟定瓶颈资源内部分配方案，确保公司利益最大化；
8. Based on the progress of new projects and parts localization projects, establish a production capacity management platform for CKD guarantee parts, including CKD self-made parts and domestically recognized delayed parts, to ensure that CKD parts have sufficient supply capacity.
根据新项目和零件国产化项目进度，搭建CKD保障件的产能管理平台，包括CKD自制件及国产化认可拖期件，确保CKD零件具备充足的供货能力。
9.Based on the urgency and importance of bottleneck resource information, establish a mechanism for managing and upgrading bottleneck resource information, including daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, meetings, etc., to ensure information transparency and provide accurate basis for decision-making.
根据瓶颈资源信息的紧急和重要程度，制定瓶颈资源信息管理和升级机制，包括日报、周报、月报、会议等，确保信息透明、为决策提供准确的依据

任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2.具备2年及以上相关工作经验。
2 years or more relevant working experience.
3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。
Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
