工作职责：
Responsibilities:
- 根据APQP过程要求，准备/收集项目各阶段文件；
- Prepare/collect project phase documents according to APQP process requirements;
- 协助项目主管对项目计划、项目成本进行管理，定期进行项目指标的跟踪及汇总；
- Assist project supervisors in managing project plans and project costs, and regularly track and summarize project indicators;
- 负责跟客户沟通新产品量产前的技术细节、质量要求、项目进度等，及时把客户信息传递给公司内部；
- Responsible for communicating with customers the technical details, quality requirements,project schedules, etc. of new products before mass production and timely delivercustomer information to the company;
- 使用项目管理工具Enovia对新项目进行文件上传、维护工作；
- Use the project management tool Enovia to upload and maintain new projects;
- 项目/工装量产前样件发货的组织协调及跟踪记录；
- Organize coordination and track records of project/workload pre-production sampleshipments;
- 协调和解决新产品生命周期内的出现的各种问题。
- Coordinate and resolve issues that arise within the life cycle of new products.

岗位要求：
Job requirements:
- 本科以上学历，机械类相关专业；
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;
- 3年以上相关工作经验，掌握项目管理及APQP理论知识并能在实际中运用；
- 3 years of relevant work experience, master project management and APQP the oretical knowledge and can apply them in practice;
- 良好的沟通技巧、服务意识、应变能力；
- Good communication skills, service awareness, and resilience;
- 高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作认真细致，能够适应工作压力；
- High sense of responsibility and professionalism, careful and meticulous work, ableto adapt to work stress;
- 英语可作为工作语言，会法语优先。
- English as a working language and proficiency in French is preferred.
