Understand in details the principle and operation of specific relevant equipment and the impact of testing parameters on the end results. Familiar the specifics of measuring device, apply and maintain best operating practise.

Daily test schedule preparation and follow up, test support of the routine samples.

LIMS data base maintenance.

Responsible for the raw material incoming check.

Teak lead of testing issue investigation and testing data verification.

Coordinate of the round robin study and competency verification study to ensure the measurement system align with the market standard and meet customer requirement.

Accountable for repair, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and ordering of spare parts.

Documentation of lab test record and equipment record, as well as the other relevant mange of change record to ensure the document traceability.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field. 至少5年相关工作经验。
Good knowledge of plastic markets and applications 良好的塑料市场和应用知识
Good knowledge of plastic processing, testing and analytical techniques熟悉塑料加工，测 试和分析技术
Familiar with ISO 17025 standard, the technical /quality responsible leader of ISO 17025 in polymer testing lab is preferred.
Proficient at ISO testing standards, in house method development, equipments management(maintenance ,calibration and trouble shooting) in polymer testing laboratory, project management experience is preferred.
Good at statistics data analysis , office software, LIMS and SAP working experience is preferred.
