Institutional Aim
Handle daily sales operation, provide back-office support to the front-line sales team, help to make the practice of sales process smooth.
Main activities / responsibilities
• Daily sales operation processes executive.
• Work with legal team for sales agreement /charter/group contract signing and documentation.
• Be responsible for regional booking system operation assistance.
• Charter and MICE group follow up.
• Payment collection support and monitor, check the billing with partner.
• Maintain a good relationship with travel agencies.
• Other sale operation tasks assigned by line Manager.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong logical ability
• Good MC Office tool skill, like Excel, word, etc.
Education and Language skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent English in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
