Main Responsibilities:
Playing a critical role in fitment, testing, realisation during the deployment of ERP system in a complex organization structure.
Working closely with external providers as a bridge between business and technique, including but not limited to make an achievable project plan, identify the risk prospectively, translate business requirements into technical specification and also ensure the deliverable‘s quality through certain SLAs.
Leading, overseeing and housekeeping the system design, configurations and features, as a SPOC of local ERP system.
Helping business to evaluate, ensure the process readiness and people readiness as well prospectively.
Working closely with various business organizations to improve the operating efficiency proactively, and to ensure the business process fit to demand.
Building up the ERP knowledge repository and being responsible for planning of any training needs accordingly.
Leverage your knowledge to assist BOD or manager by advising, evaluating and estimating any internal/external ERP related solutions.
As a team player, collaborating and communicating with others effectively, being intiative to contribute and being eager to share your knowledge all over the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines. A Master's degree is preferred.
8+ years experience of SAP FICO consultant or relevant position in manufacturing industry
3+ years hands-on experience with S4/HANA (public cloud version preferred).

Knowledge on multiple ERP domains, as of finance, supply chain, manufacturing.
Knowledge of finance budgeting and cost controlling in ERP or other equivalent systems.
Knowledge of project management method, including waterfall, agile etc...
Experience with process mapping is required.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required
Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels, to identify needs, define/document requirements, and drive solutions
Demonstrated ability to convert complex business functions into technical specifications
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Knowledge of any Business Intelligence applications or tools is preferred.
Experience working as a business analyst in a large organization is preferred.
Knowledge of any workflow application is preferred.
Experience working as a project manager/leader in a ERP or equivalent project is preferred.

Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing.
Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills
Comfortable with the environment of a multinational company
Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic (＜10%)
