You will make an impact by...

1. Business Requirement Collection and Analysis:
-Collaborate closely with various business departments to collect and analyze business requirements.
-Interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications and development plans.
-Communicate regularly with business departments to ensure alignment between development plans and actual business needs.

2.WeChat Platform Development and Maintenance:
-Manage external development suppliers to ensure the WeChat platform is developed according to business requirements.
-Oversee the development process to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality.
-Maintain and update the WeChat platform to ensure stable operation and ongoing feature enhancement.
-Stay up-to-date with WeChat platform features and best practices, providing innovative and improvement suggestions for business.
-Manage and optimize the company’s WeChat platform, including content management, user engagement optimization, and data analysis.
-Monitor and analyze user behavior on the WeChat platform to provide data support for platform improvements.

3. Data Privacy and Compliance:
-Have a deep understanding of and adhere to relevant data privacy laws and regulations, ensuring the security and compliance of company data.
-Design and implement effective data protection measures to prevent data breaches and misuse.
-Regularly monitor and analyze data privacy status, proposing improvements where necessary.

4. Digital Marketing Involvement:
-Communicate with the marketing team to clarify the core objectives of digital marketing.
-Identify the necessary technological tools/solutions/systems for digital marketing activities.
-Provide technical support to the marketing team, ensuring a smooth integration of technology with marketing strategies.
-Monitor digital platform performance, suggest optimizations, and enhance user experience and marketing effectiveness.
-Analyze digital marketing data, provide insights and reports, and support decision-making.
-Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, adjust support strategies to adapt to market changes.

-Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
6 Years years experience related experience Required
or
-Master's Degree or equivalent in computer science or related field Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field , 4 Years years experience related experience Required

-Experience with data security, data privacy, cross-board data transfer related projects is a plus
-Substantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP, PLM, CRM, QMS, etc.
-Have CRM or Salesforce experience is Plus
-Experience working in an agile scrum team is plus
-Business level English required
-Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
-Prefer experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation is a plus
