As part of the global centre of excellence this role will execute & RGM playbooks in the APAC Markets. This role should be developing & sharing this best practice across the world to ensure that we have a common approach, and we maximise learnings and efficiencies. This will require local problem-solving where there are nuances across our operations.
1、Create a global best practice centre of excellence for RGM .Define what best practice is; from IT systems, to data structure, to analytics, to 3rd party tools, to store processes. Consult around the regions to educate and embed these approaches whilst ensuring that there is flexbility to respond to local differences Upskill key individuals in the business .
2、Accelerate our RGM sophistication. Bring in external best practice, liaise with KO (where they have appropriate expertise) to set a vision & 3year roadmap for how we continuously improve. Engage IT and analytics to support with improving our enabling capability. Work with finance to accurately measure the improvements and also establish a robust test and learn approach.
3、 RGM Engagement of the business. RGM is something new to the business. Excellent stakeholdering and engaging hearts and minds of the regions but also operations is a necessity.
4、Ownership of APAC NSR & OI targets. Accountable for the delivery of the day to day APAC targets; combining excellent analytics with experienced judgement. Working with IT and 3rd parties to get the maximum value out of systems and reporting
Knowledge&Skills&Experience
1、Deep understanding of best practice in RGM. Understanding of the data, IT systems, end to end processes and tools which enable best practice .
2、Strong analytical skill set. Clear thinker who can simplify complexity and build a vision and road map. Articulate & patient to explain & engage (non-expert) audiences.Strong delivery mind set to get things implemented. Confident and logical decision maker who can drive improvements. Communicates with gravitas.
3、Robust commercial experience. Deep expertise in decisioning for pricing and promotions. Proven experience of setting and delivering road maps in this space.

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life. In 1981 they opened the first coffee shop in the heart of London, from here the Costa family continued to expand across London, the UK and eventually the globe.
