·        Responsible supplier quality management in Brose Shenyang Plant.
·        Responsible contact for all those supplier quality issues with all concerned suppliers which supply Brose Shenyang plant.
·        Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.
·        Claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem.
·        Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
·        Improve channels of communication between Brose Shenyang and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution.
·        Participates in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment.
·        Maintain supplier information in SAP.
·        Report regularly supplier performance data and chart.
·        Internal support each customer team and production team with supplier quality issues, as need.
