70-80% 项目经理职责，支持外籍CEO与业务部门间的沟通，高度融入业务/项目管理，与CEO一起参与大小业务会议，涉及大量英语翻译，未来面向业务方向发展
20-30% 传统助理职责
Business part:
- Organizational work: organize, plan and arrange related important events and conference affairs, etc.
- Organizing meeting of all departments and run the follow up of open projects (timeline management), and prioritizing projects (Transformation Office).
- Develop project plans, clarify specific requirements for each project and track progress
- Arranging necessary reporting and creation of Presentations.
- Coordination work: coordinate meeting time of CEO, assist daily work, be coordinator of various affairs.
Administration part:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO such as expense claims, calendar management, internal activities, etc.
- Translation: Oral translation for the company's monthly meetings, if necessary, assist translation for colleagues who do not speak English, or some written English translation
- Provide administrative and back-up support to heads of sub-departments in the filing, preparation of task lists, etc. documentation work as and when required.
- Regular job: document signing, coordination of car wash and fuel, travel arrangements (itinerary, flight tickets, hotel reservations), etc.
- Others: personal affairs of the CEO, such assisting visas, residence permits.
