Job Description
? Respond to manage employee life cycle (including on boarding/ off boarding/ internal
transfer/ contract amendment etc)
? Respond to requests for forms and data. Develop and provide adhoc employee data reports.
? Respond to input/update/changes employee records in PeopleSoft. Ensure the accuracy and
quality of data.
? Manage the cases in HR ticketing system (sales force) and handle requests and inquiries from employees
? Process employment verifications and government information requests and attendance files
? Handle statutory benefits related activities including payroll upload and monthly contribution;
? Be responsible for payroll input(including severance and all other payment calculation)
? Update payroll allowances or withholdings in monthly uploading sheet
? Coordinate with payroll for all kinds of incentive, mandatory increases, International
payments, retention, etc
? Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department
? Apply special working hours
? Manage additional assignment /project from Team Leader
? Drive continuous improvement in daily operational work

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of working experience of HR Operations
? Fluent in English(including oral, reading, writing)
? Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong team work spirit with local team and global team
? Customer oriented
? Effective at managing multiple tasks
