Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue invoices from system (around 300 invoices/month)
2. Send invoices to overseas and local clients and follow up payments with the clients.
3. Record the invoices in the accounting system.
4. Update and reconcile bank payments in accounting system and operation system.
5. Prepare Account receivable reports and reconcile the records in 2 systems.
6. Prepare Analysis on account receivable and the revenue.
7. Assist to the internal and external audit and provide data as required,
8. Other ad hoc assignments as requested by the managers.
Job Requirements:
3 years expense in accounting, good communication in English, good teamwork, Experience with accounting software (English), can work under pressure.

职位要求：
3年会计工作经验，良好的英语沟通能力，良好的团队合作能力，有会计软件（英语）使用经验，能承受工作压力。
