工作职责（Job Responsibility）
1、日常财税务工作处理，月度公司财税务数据的整理、汇总及报表、编制，并定期向财税务主管和总经理汇报；
2、审核并处理公司所有境内境外付款事宜；
3、审核员工报销票据，审核并处理员工报销事宜；
4、协同业务部门做好月度回款、付款预算编制及审批，并在过程中进行跟踪监督管控；
5、负责公司全部账务处理，如凭证审核、编制；
6、负责公司全部税种的申报及处理；
7、与外部机构的沟通协调事宜，如税务局、银行、外汇管理局、审计公司、财税务咨询公司等；
8、月度资产盘存、设备盘点工作；
9、日常发票处理及管理工作；
10、协助建立并完善公司财税务相关的流程、体系和制度；
11、联系总公司各部门跟进工作进展；
12、来自公司董事长和总经理的工作安排；
· Responsible for daily Financial work and tax affairs, sorting financial and tax data, making relevant statements, and reporting to Financial & Administrative Administrator and general manager regularly;
· Auditing both internal and external payments;
· Vouchers auditing and dealing for all reimbursement;
· Cooperation with the sales department on the monthly payment collection and payment budget, and in charge of the follow-up issues and supervision and control in the process;
· Responsible for all accounting of the company, such as voucher audit and preparation;
· Tax declaration and processring;
· Liaison and coordination with tax bureau, bank, foreign exchange management bureau, auditing company, finance and tax consulting company, etc.
· Taking asset and equipment inventory of the company monthly;
· Daily invoice processing and management;
· Establish and improve the finance and tax related processes and systems;
· Dealing with other ad hoc assigned by the director and general manager of the company.

1、熟悉并掌握现代会计及税法相关法律、法规，并能熟练应用；善于学习与思考，并能将所学财税务知识与公司财税务工作相结合，与时俱进；
2、熟练使用Office工具及金蝶软件；
3、具备初级会计师职称；
4、品行端正，具备良好的职业道德；
5、做事踏实认真、工作细致严谨；
6、强烈的工作责任感；
7、良好的英文听说读写能力；
8、良好的沟通协调能力；
9、踏实稳定，愿与公司共同成长发展者优先考虑。
Working skills:
· Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of accounting and tax, and be proficient in operating practice.
· Proficient in Excel and Kingdee software.
· Equipped with junior accountant certificate.
· Good conduct and professional ethics.
· Practical, careful and rigorous in working;
· Strong sense of working responsibility;
· Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
· Good communication and coordination skills;
