职责描述:
Position Summary:
Sr. Account director is a client facing leadership role responsible for CXO level client engagements in the region. The incumbent is responsible for managing P&L for the business being generated from the allocated clients/Region.
Sr. ADs are expected to have a comprehensive view of the market/region and are expected to guide the organization to achieve best possible results in the region. Sr. ADs are required to maintain client relationships across the portfolio that Indegene serves.
To meet revenue goals, Sr. ADs focus on growing the existing business levels within an account via add-on business as well as expanding the company footprint within the client organization.
To manage client satisfaction, Sr. ADs share the overall project budget and profitability target with Project Managers (PMs) and are responsible for on-schedule billing and collections. They regularly monitor the production of deliverables & work with clients to make sure expectation are exceeded. They assist the PMs in leading the client meetings on deliverables. They manage client expectations on timelines, product scope and quality.
Indegene is a global organization and the incumbent will work with a global team at multiple locations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Proven success selling complex strategy and solutions to the top Pharma/Life Sciences companies. Actively participate in proposal development and ongoing pre-sales meetings with potential new client organizations.
• Partner with senior leadership from client organization to understand the pain points and work with internal teams to develop solutions to address the same
• Work with solutions team and give inputs to facilitate development of ideas and information flow with the client organization
Meet financial targets
Achieve assigned target revenue goals via add-on business as well as expanding the client footprint.
Achieving profitability target for specific projects
Controlling, authorizing and tracking project expenses versus budgeted expenses and client approval/payment of client billable expenses
Monitoring scope and securing client approvals on additional funds as required
Monitor & ensure billing based on contracted terms and ensuring timely client approval and collection
Achieving client satisfaction
Exceed client expectation in quality, timelines and cost.
Along with the creative & content lead, form a partnership with the client and pro-actively recommend solutions for business issues
Support project planning & delivery
Determining client timeline requirements and supporting internal project managers in developing project plans
Communicating achievable timelines and project plans to clients
Anticipating major client side bottlenecks in plan execution and proposing solutions to clients or production teams in advance
Identifying and communicating client side changes that impact project timelines to internal project managers so they can keep project plans updated
Facilitating the Production Process
Broadly monitoring timely production of deliverables and providing status reports to clients
Managing all client commitments that impact production, including asset provisioning, completion of review cycles etc.
Contributing to Product Quality
Communicating client expectations to production teams and limitations to clients
Obtaining and documenting client feedback and verifying that all feedback items are addressed

Booked business / Revenue
Client satisfaction & CXO relationships (quality, timeline achievement)
Project profitability target achievement, collections
任职要求:
At least 12 - 18 years consulting experience in the pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry, with minimum 5 years in leadership role
5 years in consulting role of engagement management or above
Client oriented attitude with focus on creating strong long-term relationships with clients and encouraging others to work towards this goal
Ability to identify opportunities within client organization, define solutions and close business.
Track record of growing businesses via account management.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate with clients without confrontation and without compromising the relationship
Ability to investigate, evaluate and keep track of multiple details on multiple projects
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including ability to multitask and to prioritize responsibilities and work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
