Position Summary (岗位描述)
Assure efficient and safety daily operation in warehouse
Key Responsibility (主要职责)
1.Full responsible for external warehouse management, including
1.1 Monitor warehouse delivery out process to fulfil order demand.
1.2 Coordinate with import team and SCP and execute GR process, monitor IB operation performance in 3PL warehouse and handle exceptional case
1.3 Inventories reconciliation between SAP and 3PL system to ensure inventory accuracy, Implement cycling counting and regular stocktaking to ensure no stock risk.
1.4 Organize VAS service in warehouse including packing material collecting/ Block goods repack/ SP scanning/ XBO scanning
2. Support to monitor inhouse warehouse logistics operation
3. Daily monitor DSL performance and monthly monitor KPI report to make sure warehouse Goods deliver out on time
4 . Forwarder billing verification/ Document filing/ Arching related to warehouse operation
Qualification (任职者要求)
1.University degree (Knowledge in Logistics)
2. At least 5 years experiences in the field of warehouse management
3. knowledge of logistics process
3. Operation skill on SAP knowledge
4. Office tool, excel, PPT, etc.
5. Basic Knowledge in International Trade and Incoterms, and working experience in import/export is preferred
6. English reading/writing and speaking
