职责描述:
This job contributes to Starbucks success by developing strategic direction of profitable business growth through innovation and renovation, driving excellent implementation of category strategies to support the overall Starbucks brand management, business goals and Starbucks experience.

Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
◆ Be the key driver for innovation, including category and customer experience. Incubate new innovation from zero to one. Champion customers’ needs and drive insights across the organization into category innovation strategy, portfolio management and campaign activation.
◆ Land innovation project to leadership team, own and facilitate annual innovation planning with key functional partners, and ensure synergy cross platforms and maximize the impact and efficiency of innovation agenda.
◆ Responsible for driving category profitable growth agenda: setting and achieving topline and bottom line targets, managing daily routines of related category business
Lead comprehensive business and portfolio strategy through analysis business situation with clear recommendation for implementation to influence strategic plan development

Summary of Experience
- Business management 5 years
◆ Direct or indirect accountability in developing strategic plans5 years
◆ Product or brand management with profit and loss responsibility5 years
- Progressive experience managing varied development of new product or program concepts from conception through implementation 10 years
◆ Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams or organizational groups 10 years
◆ Marketing, promotion and operations management 5 years
◆ Progressive experience in brand marketing program development and implementation 5 years
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
◆ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, strong command of English & Chinese
◆ Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
◆ Ability to build long-term business relationships
◆ Ability to collaborate with others
◆ Working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, assortment planning and inventory management
◆ Ability to consult and influence decision-making
◆ Good negotiation skills
