职责描述:
1.Define and lead our sales strategy in the region and implement sales planning and pipeline management to develop TAM business in China.
2.Build strategic positioning, analyze gaps with competitive products, and translate technological and operational capacity into competitive advantage and sales points.
3.Identify key market segments, pinpoint key prospects, and directly lead the most strategic deals with sales partners, from origination to solution definition to negotiation and closing.
4.Craft unique technical and commercial proposal with clear value proposal to the clients and the various stakeholders involved in our sale cycle by collaborating with technical team, regional teams and vendors. Ability to deep-dive and challenge competitiveness of proposals (structure, offer, costs, technology, relevance, etc.) is preferred.
5.Develop the awareness of TAM solutions towards Aden sales network, in HQ and in Region.
6.Qualify and channel leads to ensure that they are processed according to well-defined processes.
7.Leverage personal network to secure access to opportunities and enhance Aden TAM solutions visibility to key stakeholders in the market.
任职要求:
1.Engineering background, 10 years+ experience in Technical services for Industry & Buildings (preference for position in relation with Utilities and/or Electrical systems) and 5 years+ extensive sales experience.
2.Familiarity with one or several of the following industries is an advantage: Electronics, Medical devices, Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Chemical.
3. Proven track record of selling Technical solutions combining internal and vendors offers to industrial and commercial clients.
4.Excellent knowledge of the industry and able to formulate strategic positioning. Familiarity with Asset monitoring, Planned maintenance, Predictive maintenance, FMECA, RCM, Digital solutions for the industry (CMMS, ERP, APM) is an advantage.
5.Proficient in solution selling (i.e., creating need, building offer, driving commercial discussion, writing/shaping impeccable proposals and negotiation). Skilled in building competitive advantage beyond cost and able to perform selling based on values.
6.Excellent oral presentation capabilities, both in Mandarin & English.
7.Willing to travel around China.
