职责描述：
1) 依据PD/KPI规划公司之OpEx改善活动，领导业务部门进行改善。
2) 建立与完善各项OpEx管理制度、流程和规范，并督导执行。
3) 支持各部门进行整改措施，监督并协助改善部门维持OpEx改善结果。
4) 寻找改善机会，协调部门主管成立改善小组，安排改善活动。
5) 运用系统的方法（VSM，数据分析），推进全员改善，提出优化生产工艺流程方案，组织进行OpEx并完成各项改善任务，提高生产效率，减少生产交付周期，降低成本。
6) OpEX工具的培训和推广应用
7) CI （Continuous Improvement）的推动和收集，以及CI推动的措施落实等。
任职要求：
1) 大学本科，理工科系毕业。
2) 具有统筹规划和分析归纳能力，很强的沟通和领导力，有高效能的教练技术。
3) 至少5年专职OpEx岗位的工作经验。
4) 掌握JIT、TPM、5S、SW、SMED、VSM、VA/VE、Pull、 KanBan、Kaizen等OpEx工具；熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对生产、采购、物流等方面的流程进行优化。
5) 基本英文沟通能力。
