Job Responsibilities：
1. Focus and deliver engineering work related to process automation related to industrial projects ( Pharmaceutical , Food & Beverage , Chemical and/or Fine Chemical Project)
2. Responsible for for Process Automation , CCTV, Door Access Control systems , Telecom & Network , Fire Alarm systems ,BMS/EMS systems and so on
3. Develop engineering deliverables in Concept Design and Basic Designnd BD phase including but not limitted to the following:
3.1. User Requirement Specification
3.2. Instrument List
3.3. I/O list
3.4. Duct layout
3.5. System diagram
3.6. Architecture diagram
3.7. Design description
3.8. Control Narratives or Function specifications
3.9. Data sheet / specification
3.10. BOQ
3.11. 3D modelling
3.12. Detail drawing to develop or review
4. Coordination and/or Management of LDI for execution of Detailed Design
5. Procurement support
5.1. Develop the scope of work
5.2. Technical Bid Evaluation and report
6. Review the deliverables submitted by LDI and check the GB code and URS compliance
7. Site construction work Support as needed
Education and Experience:
1. 10+ years’ experience in Process Automation Engineering Design
2. 10+ years’ experience working on Industrial Projects (Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical and/or Fine Chemical Projects)
3. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Skills and Knowledge:
1. Can work independently as required and should have “The Team” work spirit
2. Experience with Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD series software ( for example AutoCAD MEP vesion, Revit and Navisworks and so on)
3. Experience with GMP and cGMP knowledge and general engineering practices for Industrial Projects
4. Experience with not only Chinese regulations/GB codes , but also international regulations such as EN standards and ISO
5. Leadership capability
6. Good English speaking and writing skills
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Experience with Foreign clients
9. Willingness to travel as required
