Essential Function 1: Development of knowledge in Catalysis through problem solving
1 Develops understanding of BU Catalysts business.
2 Solves technical problems (internal and external) and develop technical expertise through practices.

Essential Function 2: Execution of R&D and related activities (R&D projects, plant supports, technical services)
1 Contributes to the execution of R&D and related projects
2 Plans, designs, and performs experiments
3 Documents experimental results and issues progress reports on a regular basis
4 Works with production, sales, engineering service, marketing, business development

Essential Function 3: Knowledge management
1. Contributes to literature studies in specific areas
2. Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the fields of responsible

职位要求：
- Bachelor or Master Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry from a highly reputable program.
- 0-2 years industrial experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Standard Computer Skills.
