1.能用英文和外籍客户沟通，陪同客户察看/涉外豪宅/国际医院/国际学校2.深入了解租金和租期等内容，向客户传达准确信息，妥善处理相关文件 3.准备租赁协议、意向书、服务费确认协议书等文件4.具有销售工作经验优先5.责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力、具有良好的服务意识和亲和力6.能够适应不定期的周未加班工作7.接受应届毕业生Post Responsibilty:1.Be able to talk with foreign clients and accompany clients to visit the house; collect property information as well as make arrangement to visit International School and International Hospital2.Deep understanding of the rental and leasing term, keep the clients accurately noted, and good at dealing with relevant documents3. Be able to prepare the leasing agreement, intent-letter,service fee confirmation agreement experience4.Relevant sales experience in top-priority5.Strong responsibility,service sense and elective affinities,capability to bear pressure of the job6.Adapbility to overwork during weekends7.Accept new graduates
