Responsibilities include:
Project volume
• Undertake three or more projects concurrently
Project planning
• Be familiar with proposal in preparation for internal and client kick-off meetings
• Make project work plans and allocate tasks for junior team members
Project research execution
• Lead to monitor and collect secondary information from a variety of sources, including clinical databases, such as Clinicaltrial.gov, the CDE, Informa etc., and article-based research
• Track clinical and therapy evolution in the oncology field, and deduce clinical development trends from clinical data read-outs
• Assess market opportunities in oncology via MOA, Epi data, patient flow, guidelines/Standard of Care, and analysing the competition landscape with support from senior support
• Develop a broad knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market by delivering consulting services
• Providing guidance to junior team members
─ Check junior team members’ work to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
─ Provide guidance to junior team members on secondary research and summary
Report writing
• Support project lead to draft report template
• Write report and consolidate junior team members’ report
• Control report quality including accuracy making sure content, wording and format
Business development support
• Support development of proposals via conducting research to obtain a pre-study understanding of the target market
Role Requirements:
• Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience on analysing clinical trial designs, data read-outs, MOA and biomarker development trends is preferred
• Master’s degree or above; ideally in Medical, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceuticals, Biological Sciences
