Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. This role is to support the organization's compensation programs by administering compensation related tasks and contributing to the overall compensation strategy.
2. Annual Compensation Cycle Administration: Administer annual compensation cycle, including but not limited to job evaluation, compensation benchmark, salary structure review, merit increase, off-cycle special catch up, annual bonus, KPI setting and tracking etc.
3. Personnel Cost Simulation: Be responsible for people cost budgeting, bonus accrual, and other ad-hoc personnel cost analysis tasks.
4. HR Project Support: Participate in the delivery of key HR projects, including but not limited to grading system optimization, incentive plan design, and other recognition related programs.
5. Digitalization: Conduct data mining and analysis, develop human capital efficiency data and reports into online dashboard tools to improve HR data reporting efficiency and awareness.
6. Eco-system: Keep long-term partnership with HR consulting firms and related vendors to build a healthy eco-system. Participates in compensation surveys to benchmark and analyze company’s competitiveness.
Qualifications:
· Education
- Major in data science, human resources, business administration or related field is preferred.
· Professional skill
- High learning ability and business acumen. Abundant internship experience is preferred.
- Good use of Microsoft Excel. Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making. Coding ability is a plus.
- Highly collaborative and able to build relationships, customer focus.
- Dare to challenge the status quo, 'Can Do' attitude and very strong implementation.
- Good presentation and English skills.
