Overview

To take roles & responsibilities for payable related transactions and smooth AP team daily operation, to follow up AP related process automation project in year 2024, we plan to hire an AP Accountant to support Accounts Payable team related accounting work.
Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for reviewing T&E claim via OA system, support OA T&E upgrade process modification & improvement after system launched in Q1 2024
- Responsible for posting OEM invoices via Textpro system and prepare return agreement for direct purchase goods return
- Responsible for applying purchase credit E-VAT invoices and liaison with vendors for settlement
- Responsible for intercompany reconciliations for all domestic and overseas entities
- Responsible for clearing of advance payment
- Responsible for in time AP documents filing
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation in relate to AP sections
- Responsible for Finance admin. work and Finance VP personal assistantant work
- Support internal and external audit supporting preparation
- Support development and implementation of new automation procedures to enhance the workflow of AP business
- Other assigned work if necessary
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Accounting related field
- Previous work experience in FMCG industry preferred
- 3+ years accounting experience with AP daily operation accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge on Golden Tax system and hands-on experience
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and proficient knowledge of ERP, SAP experience is must.
- Good knowledge of regulations related to Accounting
- Good oral and business writing skills in English is a plus
