Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
•Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
•Source potential candidates through different channels
•Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
•Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
•Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
•Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
•Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
•Help with employee onboarding, orientation training and related process.
Requirements and skills
•Excellent English in verbal and written
•Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
•Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role
•Familiarity with different channels of recruitment: LinkedIn,Liepin, 51JOB,etc
•Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
•A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
