Job description:
1) 去银行办理付款，账户及网银等事务的管理 Go to bank to deal with some payment issues. Inquire daily bank balance and e-bank management.
2) 银行收付款及时确认，并录入收付款凭证 Timely confirm receivable and payable accounts of bank, and enter vouchers into MFG accordingly.
3) 与银行确认外汇收款并及时做外汇收入申报，办理结汇或购汇 Confirm foreign exchange receipts with the bank and declare foreign exchange income, then deal with selling and purchasing foreign exchange as necessary.
4) 更新客户账期，应收账款催款事宜及联系人信息，月底编制应收/应付账龄分析表 Update customers’ credit period, chasing receivable amounts and perfect contacts’ information. Report AR/AP aging analysis sheets.
5)完成周现金流预测报告 Complete the weekly cash flow forecast.
6) 审核日常报销发票原件的合法性 Auditing original invoices of daily reimbursements illegally.
7) 月底编制银行存款余额调节表和现金盘点表 Make the bank reconciliation report and check cash correctly at the end of each month.
8) 协助经理完成周报和月报工作，或根据业务需要安排的其他工作 Assist financial manager in preparing weekly or monthly report, or other work arrangement required.
9) 主管安排的其它工作 other works assigned by Line Manager

Skill and requirement:
1) ***大专及以上学历,财会类专业

College degree or above, major in financial or the related field is preferred.

2)英语4级以上水平，邮件读写及简单口语交流水平

CET-4 certification is necessary. Satisfy English speaking and writing skills.

Have the capability of email reading and writing, and communicate in simple oral speaking.

3)熟练使用office办公软件及ERP系统。使用过MFG/用友等ERP系统的优先

Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excellent command in excel is a must),

ERP Systems’ (MFG/Yongyou) basic knowledge would be highly considered

4)1年以上财务工作经验，具有制造型企业工作经验的优先

Above 1 year experience in manufacturing industry. Especially, worked for overseas corporation.

5)具备较强解决问题的能力和良好的沟通技巧

Strong problem solving capability and good communication skills

6)有团队合作意识

Work well in team building.
