2.Conduct the process improvement by data collection and analysis for MP projects, and setup Golden line in NPI phase to standardize the process and improve productivity rapidly
在量产阶段，基于数据收集及分析，主导量产改善；在新项目阶段，建立标杆线以达到流程标准化并快速提升生产率
3.Make CAPEX analysis and process layout for new project according to data collection
新产品及新制程的投资评估及布局规划
4.Make ROI analysis for new equipment or fixture investment
新设备/新夹具的投资回收期分析
5.Lead CIP activities to cultivate total involvement in continuous improvement culture
主导CIP活动，培养全员参与的持续改善文化
6.Conduct Lean training for Engineers & production management to set up lean culture step by step and promote continuous improvement awareness
针对工程师及生产管理人员进行精益生产培训， 逐步建立精益生产文化，提升持续改善意识
