职位描述Job description：
1. 参与项目前期报价分析，提供注塑工艺设计、包装方案。
Participate in the feasibility analysis and review of new projects, and provide injection molding process design and packaging design.
2. 参与前期模具设计评审，制定新项目的试模工艺计划，提出相关技术、设备、设施需求，组织实施试模、完成试模报告、提出问题点、组织评审并制定相关改进措施。
Participate in the early mold design review, plan DOE for mold trial, raise up requirements of relevant technologies, equipment and facilities, organize the implementation of mold trial, complete the mold trial report, point out problems, organize review and make up necessary actions.
3. 参与内部、外部模具的最终验收，协助组织相关模具的改善方案。
Participate in the final acceptance of internal and external molds, and assist in organizing the improvement plan of relevant molds.
4. 负责制定相关工艺流程、工艺文件、作业指导书、包装指导书等,并对相关人员进行必要培训。
Responsible for formulating relevant process flow, process documents, operation instructions, packaging instructions, etc., and conduct necessary training for relevant personnel.
5. 负责组织对生产过程进行日常工艺技术监督审核，发现问题、提出问题，组织纠正、预防措施。
Responsible for organizing daily process technology supervision and audit of the production process, finding and proposing problems, and organizing corrective and preventive measures.
6. 负责与顾客涉及新产品开发、样品组织、改善等方面的交流
Be responsible for the communication with customers in terms of new product development, sample organization, improvement, etc.
7. 参与内、外部抱怨涉及注塑成型工艺的分析、改善
Participate in internal and external complaints, involving the analysis and improvement of injection molding process
8. 协助、指导生产部门解决发生的工艺、质量问题
Assist and guide the production department to solve the process and quality problems
9. 相关工艺数据的整理、汇总、分析、传递、使用，以及工艺数据ERP的维护。
Collation, summary, analysis, transmission and use of relevant process data, as well as maintenance of process data ERP.
任职资格Qualification ：
1. 机械、高分子相关专业大专以上学历，有5年以上精密注塑工艺管理经验。
College degree or above in machinery or polymer related major, with more than 5 years of precision injection molding process management experience.
2. 熟悉并能熟练使用办公软件。
Good understanding of and skilled in Office software.
3. 有一定的英语基础，具备读写能力。
Good command of English, and able to speak and write.
4. 组织、沟通、协调能力强，认真负责。
Strong ability of organization, communication and coordination, conscientious and responsible
