Job Description
1. In charge of month end closing process and make sure monthly closing can be finished on time.
2. Prepare daily journal vouchers, and negotiate with other functions to resolve issues.
3. Check sales contract and pass the information to invoice clerk to issue invoices;
4. Prepare AR statement and sales report related
5. Handle intercompany transactions
6. Prepare financial statements per CN & US GAAP requirements
7. Prepare BS reconciliations and follow up the issues on a timely manner.
8. Be highly involved in external & internal audit
9. Other ad-hocs
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting related.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in financial or accounting field, one year GL experience is a must.
3. Good English skill in both spoken and written.
4. Microsoft office skills especially in excel.
5. Good communication and a good team player.
