Responsibilities:
1. Reports and analysis
- Provide periodic reports including profit/loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement to the related parties and the Board

- Combine with the company business, conduct financial analysis, analyze and improve the existing process, improve the utilization efficiency of assets and work efficiency

2. Cost management
- Conduct cost management in the ERP system, set up the indicators of the development of cost control, conduct cost analysis monthly, as well as inventory variance analysis and search

3. G/L account management
- Review expense application according to financial system, review purchasing payment application according to payment terms and inventory situation

- Conduct timely and accurate accounting treatment

- Manage fixed assets and organize monthly inventory

4. Establish and optimize financial system
- Establish the corresponding financial system and optimize/update according to the development of company business, so that the system is not only for optimizing the workflow, but also being the guideline of risk control

5. Tax management
- Reasonable use of tax policies for business optimization, reduce the costs on company's taxl

6. Key user in ERP (Navision) EPR
- Key user of the financial function in Navision system

7. Other tasks assigend by the supervisors
- i.e. Assist to conduct annual audit
Qualifications:
1. Education Background
- Bachelor or above degree in Accounting / Finance or related major

2. Working Experiences
- Strong experience on financial analysis

- Familiar with cost accounting in manufacturing industry, experience in cost control

- Familiar with corporate financial system and tax system, has tax planning experience and risk control awareness

- Familiar with the whole business process of manufacturing industry

- 5 years or above working experience on managerial accounting in production/manufacturing industry

- Recent 3 years or above working experience in WOFE

3. Language and other skills
- Basic English communication in speaking, listening, reading and writing

- Good knowledge and application on ERP and office software

4. Personality
- Be active & creative in the team

- A team player and be able to solve problems independently

- Quick learner and be able to quickly adapt to the new environment
