Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务

- Prepare commodity and supplier strategy. Get alignment with Global Commodity Manager and consensus from senior leadership. /制定商品和供应商战略。与全球商品经理保持一致，并获得高层领导的一致意见。
- Proactively identify raw material localization opportunity to reduce cost and improve supplier delivery performance for Lenze China operation. /积极主动的识别原材料本地化的机会，从而降低采购成本，提高供应商交付能力，实现对伦茨中国运营的更好支持。
- Develop best fit supply base for Lenze in terms of supplier technical capability, quality consistency, competitive price, capacity, business fit in general./ 在供应商的技术能力、质量一致性、竞争性价格、产能、总体业务适合性等方面为伦茨开发最适合的供应基础。
- Solicit, analyse bids, and negotiate with suppliers. Manage total landed cost. /征集、分析标书并与供应商谈判。管理总落地成本。
- Responsible for continual cost reduction project ideation, review and approval, and execution by using project management tools and techniques, and collaborating internally and externally as required. /负责运用项目管理工具和技术，持续降低成本的项目构思、审批和执行，并根据需要进行内外部协作。
- Monitor commodity market trends against supplier pricing and apply knowledge to drive the lowest cost to Lenze. /根据供应商定价监控商品市场趋势，并运用知识促成伦茨的最低成本。
- Lead the process of purchase agreements development, negotiation, and management in accordance with Lenze policies, procedures, and approval authority. /根据伦茨的政策、程序和审批权限，领导采购协议的制定、谈判和管理过程。

- Manage business relationships with suppliers, including monitoring negotiated contracts to ensure technical, quality, cost, service, etc. requirements are met, and proactively implementing best practices and continuous improvement. /管理与供应商的业务关系，包括监控协商的合同，以确保技术、质量、成本、服务等方面的要求得到满足，并积极实施最佳实践和持续改进。
- Perform all Strategic purchasing activities in accordance with departmental goals, objectives and company policies and procedures. Track and report on key performance measurements./ 根据部门目标和公司政策和程序执行所有战略采购活动。跟踪并报告关键绩效指标。
- Align with global requirement and processes, develop and execute the best fit processes for Lenze China Strategic Purchasing function. Maintain data integrity in SAP./ 与全球需求和流程保持一致，为伦茨中国战略采购职能部门制定和执行最适合的流程。维护SAP中的数据完整性。
- Coordinate all strategic purchasing related activities for operations and new product development as assigned within the various commodities. /协调所有与战略采购相关的活动，以便在不同商品范围内进行运营和新产品开发。
- Magage and improve China base suppliers overall performance, thus to better support Lenze group global sourcing activities. /管理并改进中国供应商的整体能力和水平，从事更好地支持伦茨集团的全球采购业务。
- Use Risk Management to assess supply vulnerability. Develops strategies to minimize or mitigate risk. /使用风险管理评估供应脆弱性。制定降低或减轻风险的策略。

Profile/岗位要求

- Bachelor degree or above, in an electronic or mechanic subject /电子或机械专业本科以上学历
- Minimum five years strategic purchasing experience with multinational companies. /至少5年跨国公司战略采购经验。
- Must have technical knowledge and ability related to commodity specifications, contract terms and conditions, statements of work and engineering drawings./ 必须具备与商品规格、合同条款、工作说明书和工程图纸有关的技术知识和能力。
- Must have technical knowledge related to performance and manufacturing processes about electronic, electrical and/or mechanical commodity items./ 必须具备电子、电气和/或机械商品的性能和制造工艺相关的技术知识。
- Must have sufficient analytical skills to perform highly complex procurement competitive and scheduling analysis. /必须具备足够的分析技能，以执行高度复杂的采购竞争和进度分析。
- Experience with SAP process would be highly appreciated /有SAP流程经验者优先
- Must maintain high ethical standards to support a professional business code of conduct./ 必须保持高道德标准，以支持专业的商业行为准则。
- Good communication skills. Good written and spoken skills in English. German is a plus. 良好的沟通能力。良好的英语读写能力。德语加分项。
