Job title: Store Manager
Reports to: Retail Manager
Job purpose:
Achieve annual store Budget through correct management of the store (resources, store image, customer relations) according to company procedures and policies.
Ensure customer’s shopping experience adheres to company quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage store employees in collaboration with various department supervisors: plan duties; assist and supervise staff; motivate appropriately to ensure correct staff behaviour, company values and team spirit in line with the group philosophy; evaluate staff performance; guarantee that staff adhere to company rules.
- Hold effective meetings (collective and individual) to communicate company expectations, level of achievement of targets, resolve problems.
- Plan staff shifts.
- Analyse daily sales figures by product category monitoring the achievement of the monthly Budget and implementing any necessary corrective measures (e.g. indicate to store staff which products to push).
- Communicate with Buyers for stock movement.
- Communicate with Visual Merchandisers to guarantee brand image consistency in the boutiques.
- Communicate with Buyers in order to become familiar with each collection and its characteristics, trends, workmanship and treatment of particular items and inform sales staff.
- Communicate and collaborate with Corporate functions (e.g. Human Resources Management, Administration etc.) complying with reporting procedures (operating and management procedures, Budget data, HR procedures etc.).
- Work with Human Resources Management for staff management issues.
- Guarantee the store image constantly complies with company guidelines.
- Guarantee implementation of correct security procedures.
- Actively participate in sales by supervising all phases of the process (greet arriving customers, understand customer needs, explain product characteristics to the customer, advise customers when purchasing, handle complaints) in order to establish the professional standard for sales staff.
- Coordinate handling of unsold stock.

确保给与客户的购物体验遵循公司质量标准。
岗位职责:
通过与各部门协作来管理店铺员工,如:规划任务;协助和监管员工;适当激励以保证员工的正确行为;保证公司价值和团队精神与集团的价值观一致;评估员工绩效;确保员工遵守公司制度。
通过有效的会议(集体的和个人的)传达公司期望、销售目标以及处理问题。
负责制订店铺员工的排班。
通过管理库存,分析每日销售数据,控制预算,并采取有效的纠正措施(如,向店员指出哪些货品需要推动销售)
与买手沟通货品调转。
与陈列部门沟通,以确保店铺品牌形象的一致性。
与买手沟通,以熟悉产品的特点,趋势,工艺等,并向店铺员工传达。
与公司各职能部门(如人力资源部、行政部等)沟通协调,并遵从相应的报告和流程(如运营和管理流程、预算数据、人力资源管理制度等)
协同人力资源部门处理劳动争议。
确保店铺形象与公司准则持续一致。
确保按照正确的安全管理流程进行操作。
积极参与销售,监管等所有流程(如迎接客人到店,了解客户需求,向顾客解释产品特性当购买产品时,处理投诉等)以提高销售人员的专业水平。
