What will you do if join us?? Lead and set up corporate cost structure, define
and implement cost allocation rule, Responsible for SG&A and Ocogs planning and
implementation and analysis? HC planning and implementation? Set up cost center
and profit center structure according to financial depthstructure.? Internal
and external Expense charges management? P&L and Balance Sheet analysis: actual
performance and forecast deviations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
? Diving into business is a must? Ensure controlling of the business unit in
coordination with Corporate Guidelines as well as external/legal regulations.?

Who are we looking for?? Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:o 5+ years of
experience in key financial functions like accounting, controlling and auditing
etc. in multinational companieso Familiar to financial accounting and reporting
structure of Siemens would be value addedo Good business understanding with
experiences in different commercial backgroundso Clear understanding of value
chain and value flows of the businesso Responsible and reliable with good
communication skillso Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities?
Professional Knowledgeo Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both
IFRS and Chinese GAPo Knowledge in commercial controlling tools and processeso
