Job tasks
1. Maintain business with assigned national accounts , lead in business and performance reviews (MBR,QBR), be able to identify service issues and allocate the right resource for improvement, demonstrate detailed service to meet the requirements of customers (KPI)
2. Generate new sales opportunities from existing customers, achieve yearly growth target of strategic accounts
3. Follow the tender management process , conduct competition environment analysis and negotiation strategy in alignment with product team
4. Drive new business, implement business develop plan based on targeted accounts.
5. Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer.
6. Manage AR process,including due date and credit limitations
Requirements
1. minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
2. Experience/ success in auto vertical projects and tender process management
3. Strong communication and consultative selling skills
4. Knowledge of data driven market/ customer/risk analysis
