1. Have a strong technical knowledge of the plant process with emphasis on professional development
具有很强的工厂工艺技术知识，据此强化专业上的发展
2. Require to focus on activities and or roles, such as Best Practice coordinator, SWIM coordinator, Write MOCs, SWIMs, JSAs, Knowledgeable in EH&S procedure, best practice implementation / participation.
关注更多的活动及角色，如最佳实践协调员，SWIM协调员，填写MOCs, SWIMs, JSAs,渊博的EH&S程序知识，最佳实践实施及参与
3. Actively participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups
积极参与工厂大修，停电及起厂
4. Provide contribution to productivity improvement and get involvement in Sigma and Stable ops efforts at the site
协助提高生产效率并参与到Sigma及稳健操作活动中
6. Provide help in startup and commissioning of new sites in the region as well as training the newly hired workforce if needed
如果有需要，帮助新厂起厂及调试并培训新进厂的员工
7. Gain / demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the listed systems by completing a checklist
通过完成检查表来获取系统中所列出来的更深的知识
8. Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipments inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently
与其它操作员及工程师密切配合进行日常工艺过程的调整，管道输送系统的检查，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行
9. Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job
记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常/月度的例行工作
10. Assist PMO engineers to implement preventive maintenance
协助PMO工程师执行预防性维修工作
11. Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits and write safety reports
参加相关的安全会议及执行例行的安全审核及填写相应的安全报告
12. Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, PMO, GSS team, commercial team etc
保持与运输部，客户，运作部,OSC,PMO,GSS，商务部门等的良好沟通及密切合作
13. Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government
学习并贯彻空气化工产品公司及当地政府部门所颁布的相关程序及政策
14. Follow up AP and local government safety procedures and standards
遵守空气化工产品公司及当地政府部门所颁布的安全程序及标准

QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE 资历及背景经验
1. Complete level 2 ASU Technology and Site Specific Curriculum (if required)
完成L2层级的空分厂的技术课程及该厂的特殊课程（如果需要）
2. Complete ASU Operator Progression Checklist – Level 2
完成空分厂操作员L2层级检查表所列培训课程
3. Perform additional activities such as MOC, BPs, SWIMs, JSAs including detailed knowledge on starting up and shutting down the plants
执行额外的活动如MOC, BPs, SWIMs, JSAs,包含熟悉工厂开停机的知识
4. Respond quickly and accurately under pressure situations
在有压力的情况下快速及精确的回应问题
5. Cross train if 2 or more plants of differing technology are at the same site
对于同一厂区有不同技术的操作工厂做交亙训练
6. Need to be able to contribute to level 3 and 4 operators training
协助训练层级L3及L4的操作人员
7. Get involved with maintenance task e.g. Analyzer calibration
参与维修工作如分析仪标定
8. Need to complete a documented report demonstrating advanced knowledge in at least two functional areas of plant operation e.g. LP Column optimization, Argon recovery, MPC/APACS control, water treatment, analysis, etc.
完成书面报告以证明其在工厂运作上的两项技能如低压塔的优化，氩回收，MPC/APACS控制，水处理，分析等
9. Pass Oral Board 2 to 1,demonstrating completed understanding of the facility
完成由层级L2到L1的口试，展现出对整体工厂的了解
