Job Descriptions:
• Achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers and developing new business
• Identify strategic development opportunities for NEV driven motors and related applications
• Originate other value creating opportunities on emerged innovative NEV industry need
• Generate thorough perception and industry insight of NEV value chain, coordinate with NEV KAM
to establish network covering OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 all over China
• Coordinate with Marketing colleagues to maintain market intelligence and advice on:
- The evolving trends in the commercial, economic and public policy environment where NEV
business operates and their implications on impregnating resin business strategy
- Related activities of the dairy industries and competitions and advise the business on
changes in trends and competitive landscape
• Execute business project and monitor project progress timely and effectively
• Carry out short-term sales plan and long-term development strategy of NEV business
• Evaluate and lead the development / implementation of the appropriate innovations initiatives
• Work with product manager and technical service to identify opportunities and potential customer
needs. Provide professional suggestion on R&D projects
• Ensure on time payment of each account (AR)
• Provide timely update to management weekly, including project pipeline update, working
schedule and customer call report via SFDC/e-Mail
• Coordinate with Quality manager to handle customer’s quality complaint, work with TS, PM &
GBT to provide trouble shooting solutions and maximize customer’s satisfaction
• Manage existing distributors and develop effective professional distribution network


Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university, 985/211 is preferred
· Major in polymer science, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is preferred
· At least 5 years sales or BD experience in motor making industry, NEV background is preferred
· Business Acumen

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated and excellent pressure management skill
· Self-learning and positive working attitude
· Able to travel frequently
· Good English communication skill
