ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Export and Import LC draft check
2. LC financing enquiry to bank and status tracking
3. Document check under LC and DP transactions
4. Payment status monitor, charges validation and make cost analysis on
regular matter
5. Bank account closure, document preparation and statement tracking etc.
6. System information maintenance
7. Advise transaction’s feasibility base on compliance and policy
8. Bank communications including but not limited to charge negotiation, docs
and payment status chasing, account open/closure, etc.
9. Other works assigned by line manager.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
Must
? Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and PPT skill is plus.
? Familiarity with UCP 600, ISBP, URDG and bank practice regarding LC, DP
? Trade operation experience in banking field with 3-5 years
? Excellent communication skills
? Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
? Ability to work independently under pressure and propose solutions
? Strong risk sense
Preferred
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially on pushing and
negotiation.
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
? Knowledge of trade finance product
? CDCS holder .
