Main accountabilities:
· Monitor market movements, execute cash & prop orders in DCE/ZCE/CBOT
accurately and timely, and record filled level vs target level when possible;
· Prepare various reports after market close, including but not limited to
trades recap, position & PnL summary, market overview and broker position
analyses;
· Maintain basis-price database;
· Manage fund flow in futures accounts to maximize fund usage;
· Handle receipts-related and delivery business per demand;
· Other miscellaneous such as liaise with exchange & brokers and prepare
documents per needs.
岗位职责：
1. 负责执行交易员的期货交易指令，包括买入和卖出期货合约、调整持仓等；
2. 负责执行客户点价相关的期货及衍生品交易指令；
3. 确保所有交易按照规定的市场规则和交易所要求进行，保证交易的合规性；
4. 监控市场波动和行情变化，及时通知交易员调整交易策略。
5. 每日整理汇总交易头寸情况
6. 协助上级完成有关交易风险管理和业务发展的工作
Measurement
* Timely reaction to trader's order, need to put order into mkt within 30
seconds after traders instruction.
* Wrong order is excusable, but no more than 2 times per month.
* Independently handle the order for the duty session, including making all
IT software workable before market open. If accident happened, others can
backup but no more than 2 times per month, and need to shift it back later.
* Need to take a least 4 daily reports and without major mistakes.
* Work on time and emotionally stable, provide positive impact and help on
