？ Deliver results on schedule, maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
在计划的工作时间内按进度交付工作成果，同时就业务的需要，保持业务持续性和客户满意度。
？ Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team or client as required.
在项目期间支持项目组的工作，根据项目及客户的需求，对项目组成员进行指导培训。
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
？ Take lead in the early stage of sustainability service business development, including the training of potential customers
主导可持续发展顾问服务市场拓展工作，包括对潜在客户的培训。
？ Assist the project team to establish and improve the process and database of green building certification consulting services.
协助项目团队建立及不断完善建筑认证咨询服务的流程与数据库。
？ Plan, implement and complete the final delivery of the green building certification project in coordination with the owner's team and other relevant teams.
与业主团队和其他相关团队配合，计划，实施和完成建筑认证项目的最终交付。
？ According to the green building and healthy building standard, carry on the construction management guidance to the project site.
根据绿色建筑及健康建筑标准，对项目现场进行施工管理指导。
？ Study and research other sustainability theories, systems and methods, such as LCA, carbon offset，ESG report，not limited to green/healthy building certification.
学习和研究其他可持续发展的理论、体系与方法，如LCA，碳交易，ESG报告等，不局限于绿色/健康建筑认证
？ Cooperate with the company to promote the project on social media platform
配合公司完成项目的社交媒体平台推广工作
Skills / Requirement:
？ Bachelor’s degree. Major in electric engineering、 building environment and equipment engineering or environmental engineering.
本科以上学历，机电、暖通空调或环境工程相关专业毕业。
？ LEED AP/WELL AP. 3-5+ years experiences in sustainability consultancy especially in LEED/WELL/GBL projects, independently complete the whole certification process.
LEED AP及WELL AP, 具有3-5年LEED/WELL/绿标等可持续建筑认证工作经验，能独立完成LEED/WELL/绿标认证工作全部流程。
？ Familiar with simulation software: equest, energyplus, ecotect, Dialux, Revit, etc.
熟练使用equest, energyplus, ecotect, Dialux, Revit等软件（能独立进行能耗、通风、采光模拟）者优先；
？ Has commissioning experience.
有建筑调试工作经验。
？ Be able to multitask and manage priorities.
具有操作多项事务，并管理优先顺序的能力。
？ Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need.
能够前瞻性地发现工作需要。
？ Be able to adopt change according to company business plan.
