岗位职责：
1. 按公司要求向到店客人提供令人满意的服务；
2. 能掌握品牌和产品知识，并以此提供顾客详细的、适当的选购建议；
3. 完成店铺的日常维护和营运操作，积极完成店铺的业绩目标；
4. 按照公司要求维护店铺及个人的整体形象，确保店铺正常运营；
5. 遵守规章制度,注重团队合作，认真参加相关培训，积极提高自身素质。
任职描述：
1. 年龄18-45，中专或以上学历，户籍不限，男女均可；
2. 热爱时尚，阳光活力；
3. 普通话标准，愿意从事服装零售行业，无经验亦可；
4. 拥有1年以上品牌服装零售经验尤佳；
5. 能够适应零售行业的工作环境以及工作时间；
6. 具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧；
薪资待遇：
1.底薪（基本工资+全勤奖+餐费补助）+店铺提成+年底奖金
2.福利待遇：五险一金+带薪年假
3.晋升机制：售货员 → 高级售货员 → 助理店铺主管 → 店铺主管 → 助理店铺经理 → 店铺经理→ 区域主管 → 助理区域经理 → 区域经理 → 零售经理 → 高级零售营运经理
