PURPOSE 目标:
通过你对品牌的热情，你将全程在支持销售团队为客户提供一个无缝、个人化、标志性体验。你的及时有效的管理方式将对每一次销售过程起到至关重要的作用。
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
了解并且遵循所有的销售流程，例如：全球退税，VAT程序，顾客遵守情况，收银流程（现金支付，信用卡授权，支票承兑，外币兑换）等
根据企业方针保证所有顾客购买的商品统一包装和呈送
随时保持专业性，品牌形象和企业形象方针的一致
对顾客的需求有敏锐的嗅觉，倾听并且对品牌和产品充满热情。保证你的行为能够帮助实施顾客体验
了解客诉处理流程
努力协助部门完成销售目标
确保交易过程中客户的忠诚度不受消极影响，同时迅速、高效地获得客户信息以保证未来的客户资料完整，履行售后服务的承诺
了解并且遵循有关预防损失的企业程序以及向资产利润保护团队和 门店管理团队报告所有可疑的状况、现金或者货物的损失。
了解和遵守门店的卫生和安全规程。有需要时积极参与卫生和安全与预防损失的培训
积极地参与所有团队会议和Burberry体验项目
确保你始终和企业的内部和外部保持及时的沟通，包括新的计划和产品，促销活动，媒体报导的品牌特点
能够接受在周末和节日进行工作，按照相关安排适应轮班制
时刻参与正常工作时间内的货物带出，来确保门店的平稳运营
在繁忙的时段承担任何额外的职责以支持销售团队
