Duties and Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 IT helpdesk service for employees.

Document all IT tickets and procedures.

Ensure high efficiency of end-user equipment.

Maintain desktops, laptops, mac, printers, telephones, projectors and applications.

Manage the onboarding/offboarding of users including the installation and configuration of hardware and software.

Network and security management for employees

Maintain operating system and business system.

Conduct user training on office applications, security policy and IT process.


培训用户办公应用软件，公司安全策略及IT流程。

Manage assets and IT facilities.


管理资产和设备。

Perform other duties as assigned by IT Manager.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

任职资格/知识，技能及能力要求



2-3 years relevant experience in systems administration.


2-3年系统管理的相关工作经验。

A Bachelor degree in Computer related field


计算机相关专业本科以上学历。

Strong written and oral communication skill and able to communicate in English with colleagues overseas.


较强的英文能力，可以独立和外籍同事沟通工作。

Strong sense of customer service and proactive in end user support.


以客户为导向，积极解决问题的态度。

Good communication skills, willing to learn and take responsibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Windows OS and MS applications (Windows 10, MS Office). Understanding of AD, SCCM and PowerShell.

Experience working in a technical support role in a multinational organization.


具有外资企业技术支持及相关工作经验优先。
