As a rapidly growing enterprise, we are looking for an HR specialist with headhunter and recruitment experience to join our team. The main job of this position is to be responsible for the recruitment needs of the company, to seek and attract high-end talents, and to plan and organize campus recruitment activities to provide stable and excellent talent support for the company.

作为一家发展迅速的企业,我们正在寻找一位具有猎头和校招经验的HR专员加入我们的团队。该岗位的主要工作是负责公司的招聘需求,寻找并吸引高端人才,以及策划并组织校园招聘活动,为公司提供稳定、优秀的人才支持。
Main Tasks:

岗位职责:

1. Responsible for the search, screening and interview of high-end talents, as well as the communication and negotiation of offer. According to the development needs of the company, search for target talents and ensure the successful introduction of talents through effective communication and negotiation.

负责公司高端人才的寻访、筛选和面试,以及offer的沟通与谈判。根据公司的发展需求,精准地寻找目标人才,通过有效的沟通和谈判,确保人才的成功引进。
2.Planned and organized the campus recruitment activities. You need to grasp the employment trend and needs of college graduates, formulate reasonable recruitment plans, and attract excellent and fresh talents for the company through campus recruitment activities.

策划并组织校园招聘活动。需要掌握高校毕业生的就业趋势和需求,制定合理的招聘计划,通过校园招聘活动为公司吸引优秀的新鲜人才。
3.Coordinate and work closely with other members of the recruitment team. You need make recruitment plans together with other members, participate in the interview and evaluation work, and timely report the recruitment progress to the team, so as to adjust the recruitment strategy in time.

协调并与招聘团队其他成员紧密合作。需要与其他成员共同制定招聘计划,参与面试和评估工作,并及时向团队上报招聘进度,以便及时调整招聘策略。
4.Tracked and analyzed the recruitment data.Through the statistics and analysis of the data, you need provide effective support for the recruitment decisions, evaluate the recruitment effect, and constantly optimize the recruitment process and strategies.

跟踪并分析招聘数据。通过对数据的统计和分析,为招聘决策提供有效支持,同时评估招聘效果,不断优化招聘流程和策略。
Qualifications:

岗位要求:

1、统招本科及以上学历;

Bachelor degree or above;

2、至少3年及以上招聘相关工作经验者,有自有人才库者优先;

At least 3 years or more relevant working experience in overseas recruitment, those with their own talent pool is preferred;

3、熟悉快销行业优先;

Familiar with the FMCG industry is preferred;

4、适应全球化工作场景,能够与跨时区海外团队进行高效沟通与合作;

Adapt to the global working scene, able to communicate and cooperate with overseas teams across time zones;

5、优秀的管理、社交、谈判技巧,可有效拓展维护招聘渠道;

Excellent management, social networking and negotiation skills,which can effectively expand and maintain recruitment channels;

6、英语口语流利,可作为工作语言使用。

Fluent in spoken English and can be used as a working language.
