Job Description：
1. Coordination and management of outbound logistics and ensure deliveries completed within transportation lead time and in good quality. Meanwhile, required documentation and system records need to be completed in a timely manner;
2. Utilize system and supplier contact windows to track information, including order and shipment status. Provide timely order updates and arrange for emergency delivery according to customer request;
3. Manage daily logistics claims, analyze root cause, and solve claims including but not limited to logistics delay, package and product damage, and incorrect deliveries in a timely manner;
4. Responsible for service providers management through KPI, MBR (monthly business review), emergency planning, urgent corrections, as well as continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy and logistics cost;
5. Responsible for monthly bill reconciliation and ensure correct billing;
6. Process and cost orientated, continuously improve service level and optimize cost through process optimization and CIP projects with suppliers;
7. Cooperate with purchasing function in sourcing and bidding related tasks from logistics user perspective;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor and above;
2. 5 years and above work experience in related fields;
3. CET-4;
4. Proficient in Microsoft office software;
5. Good project management skills, presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
6. Be able to learn new knowledge and skills based on working requirements;
7. Highly self-motivated with growth potential, and customer oriented;
8. Self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure;
9. Work responsibly with ownership and team spirit.
