Relationship Management
·        Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key internal stakeholders across Sales, Operation(planning, and customer service etc.) ,commercial team
·        Build and maintain excellent working relationships with 3rd party Logistics service provider
Functional accountability and responsibilities
·        Participate projects involving OTC process if required
·        Working with logistics director to improve logistics process and working on team KPI report (Such as DIFOT, OTC Lead time, inventory accuracy, etc.) and investigating issues in the process
·        Generating daily sales tracking report
·        Manage effective outbound process, ensure accurate picking and packing according to customer order and handover process between warehouse and transportation company clearly.
·        Tracking daily deliveries and make sure shipment deliver to the customers on time and safely
·        Ensure POD process strictly follow up and manage on-time and effective POD collection
·        Check billing statement from 3PL and ensure accurate and timely billing check.
·        Manage 3PL performance, conduct monthly/quarterly review meeting
·        Detect improvement opportunity in logistics process and leading improvement solutions and implementation.
